It is so close to opening I have no time for pleasentaries, but I offer to you, this in return.
It’s much like a crumble, but it is more like a crunch than a crumble….you’ll see
All you need is a food processor:
1 handful of flaked coconut, raw buckwheat and whole almonds, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, zest of half a lemon
chuck into the food processor until combined, broken down a bit, but still has texture
mix in a bowl with 3 tbsp of veggie oil (rice bran or grape seed is best), 2 tbsp of raw or rapadura sugar
now chuck 2 cored apples and a handful of what ever berries you have, I used fresh strawberries but frozen will work too, pulse in the blender until roughly chopped: like this
spread the fruit into a baking dish (something you would make an apple crumble in) now scatter 1 tbsp of sugar over the fruit
now scatter the nut mixture on the top
stick it in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-40 mins until it is golden brown on the top and bubbling around the edges
serve with yoghurt if you are not vegan or lactose intolerant
