day 2 : raw persian princess porridge

day two: My little Excalibur has been working overtime dehydrating pomegranate, strawberries and plums for the Staple Stores opening “limited edition king of mueslis” muesli.

The pomegranate is to die for: sweet, sour and super good for you.  I keep sneaking a little bit each day.
Today it starred next to a big fat juicy fig in my Persian princess porridge.

This is how it went down:

Grab:
1 handful of dates
1/2 handful of pecans/walnuts
1/2 handful of almonds

Cover:
with filtered water
(let sit for a bit… Maybe have a shower)

Drain:
water and pop the dates and nuts in the blender/food processor until courcely chopped

Dice:
1 large pear
Add to blender with
A pinch of cinnamon
1/4 tsp lemon zest

Blend:
until smooth (depending on your blender power you might need to add a couple teaspoons of water/ juice
Pour in your bowl

Top with:
Sliced fig
Dehydrated pomegranate pearls
A tiny drizzle of agave/ raw honey
